Nureka platform has launched in beta mode!
The goals for the beta mode are two-fold: build both sides of the market (buyers and sellers).
BETA BUYERS
First, to introduce Australian wholesale investors to the platform and set up their profiles. We will be contacting investors directly to explain to them the deal flow that the platform will provide. These investors will include: high net worth individuals; private equity firms operating in lower mid-market; portfolio companies of larger PE firms that seek bolt-on opportunities; and other corporate acquirers such as family offices.
BETA SELLERS
Second, to let sell-side corporate advisors know about the platform. Once fully live, registered sell-side corporate advisors will be able to submit information on lower mid-market deals they are running. For the sell-side advisor Nureka is an opportunity to find investors seeking lower mid-market opportunities.
PLATFORM BETA
The beta period will also give us the chance to test the operations of the VDR. The deal tools the Nureka platform offers lower mid-market deal makers will lower the friction on getting these sized deals done.
